Six Points Driving School is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and website visitors. Personal information collected during registration, booking, and training is used solely for educational, administrative, scheduling, and licensing purposes.
Student information is handled in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy laws and Ministry of Transportation requirements. Personal information is only accessible to authorized personnel and will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for program administration.
Our free G1 practice test uses website analytics to record when a test is started or completed, the road rules and road signs scores, whether the practice test was passed, and clicks on Beginner Driver Education package links. We use these events to understand how visitors use the practice test and improve the website. Quiz answers are not included in these analytics events. These analytics may involve cookies or similar identifiers; please review your browser privacy settings and any applicable consent choices.
Before You Book
By registering for a course, booking a driving lesson, using our road-test services, or accessing the Six Points Driving School website, you agree to the policies below.
These terms cover lesson eligibility, scheduling, cancellations, payments, BDE administration, road-test vehicle use, website content and policy updates.
Lesson, Course & Website Policies
Driving lessons, road-test appointments, and vehicle bookings are subject to instructor and vehicle availability. Six Points Driving School reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or operational requirements.
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an in-car driving lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the lesson being charged in full.
Road-test vehicle use is available only to students who meet licensing requirements and demonstrate a safe level of driving ability. Vehicle availability is subject to scheduling and operational conditions.
Should the driving instructor already be present with the student at the drive test Center and the road test gets canceled due to weather or unforeseen conditions, a 50% charge of the road test fee will be applied to the student. However, if the driving instructor and the student have not commenced the journey for the road test, no fee for the road test will be imposed on the student.
Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Packages: No voluntary refunds will be issued after 30 days of registration with Six Points Driving School or after enrollment in the online learning program, whichever occurs first. Refund requests submitted before this deadline are subject to a $200 administration fee plus applicable HST and deductions for any services already provided.
Individual Driving Lessons & Road-Test Packages: Approved refund requests for individual driving lessons are subject to a $45 administration fee. Any completed lessons, applicable cancellation charges, or services already provided will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. These conditions apply to voluntary refunds and do not override applicable law.
