Students must hold a valid driver's licence appropriate for the lesson being taken and must carry it during all driving lessons and road tests.
Driving lessons, road test appointments, and vehicle bookings are subject to instructor and vehicle availability. Six Points Driving School reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or operational requirements.
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an in-car driving lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the lesson being charged in full.
Private (individual) driving lessons must be paid in full before the scheduled lesson date and time.
Students are expected to arrive on time, follow instructor directions, and conduct themselves respectfully during lessons. Instructors may end a lesson if a safety concern arises.
Completion of driving lessons or training programs does not guarantee success on any Ministry of Transportation road test, licence issuance, insurance discount, or specific driving outcome.
Road test vehicle use is available only to students who meet licensing requirements and demonstrate a safe level of driving ability. Vehicle availability is subject to scheduling and operational conditions.
All course fees, lesson fees, and road test service fees must be paid according to the selected package. Outstanding balances must be paid before certification or road test services are provided.
An administration fee of $200.00 plus applicable taxes will apply if a student withdraws from a course more than 10 days after registration or after the student's information has been submitted to the Ministry of Transportation (MTO).
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any dishonoured cheque, returned payment, or non-sufficient funds (NSF) transaction.
Upon successful completion of the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course, students are responsible for paying any applicable Driver's Licence History fees charged by ServiceOntario.
